Applying for Media Credentials
The Atlanta Concours d’Elegance is committed to working with members of the working media capable of spreading the news of the show to a wide variety of audiences. The following guidelines will determine who is granted media access and at what level.
- Media credentials must be applied for no less than 14 days prior to the event.
- Media credentials will only be issued in the legal name of the applicant and proof of identity via legal photo identification (state issued identification card, driver’s license or passport) will be required to claim credentials at the event. Credentials will not be mailed.
- Credentials are issued on a variety of levels based on numerous factors including but not limited to:
a.) Proof of relevant professional experience.
b.) Quality of work samples submitted.
c.) Commercial nature of the outlet applicant is representing.
d.) Popularity of the outlet applicant is representing.
- Each member of the media who wishes to gain access to the show must apply separately.
All media members will be notified no later than one week prior to the event if their request for credentials has been approved or denied.
No credentials will be issued on the days of the event.
Credentials are non-transferrable and may be revoked at any time.
Please note, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) during The Atlanta Concours d’Elegance is forbidden. The use of any jibs, sliders, ladders and equipment carts on the event show field requires written permission prior to the event.
